This data is not nominative. It does not, on its own, identify the Advertiser or the User.

The Company can thus collect personal data when an Advertiser or a User:

• opens an account;

The customer is solely responsible for data he communicates.

The User or Advertiser commits:

• to provide accurate and complete identification information and undertakes to update them regularly. The Advertiser and / or the User can update his information at any time.
• to choose an ID (email address) and a password which will allow him to access the services and, in particular, to post Ads.
• not to use an email address which infringes the rights of third parties and, more particularly, name rights, trademark, copyright, neighbouring rights or, more generally, against current regulations regarding public order and good morals.

Failing this, the company reserves the right to refuse all names, terms and others which would be contrary to these principles, without having to give the reason for it.

2.2 Data processing

Personal data may be used as follows:

• for the registration, maintenance and authentication of the account;
• for the publication and management of online Ads;
• to put the User and the Advertiser in touch;
• to provide the services made available on the site;
• to provide personalised services (email alert; follow-up of Ads, sales and purchases; communication of local ads according to geographic location, etc.);
• to allow participation in surveys (in particular, of satisfaction) offered on the website;
• to enable the receipt of newsletters, of commercial offers from the company, or those from its partners, subject to having obtained the consent of the User or the Advertiser;

• to establish anonymous statistics relating to the use of the site;
• to assess and improve the quality of services;
• to avoid any violation of the T & Cs by the User or the Advertiser, or by someone related to him, and to strengthen security measures;
• to ensure the follow-up of invoices and the accounting management of services, and

The company keeps personal data for a required period in order to fulfill the purposes described above, in the paragraph entitled « Data processing » and in accordance with applicable legislation, namely for a period of five (5) years from the date of end of the contractual relation or, for prospects, from their collection or the last contact from the prospect.

2.3 Sharing data with third parties

Any disclosure of personal data in the Ad exposes the Advertiser to receiving unsolicited messages, and is its sole responsibility.
The Advertiser undertakes to never disclose personal information relating to other persons without their express consent.

2.4 Protection of your personal data

The Company uses all the standard practices of the industry, and implements strict security procedures, to prevent unauthorised access, and to comply with applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.
All personal information provided is stored on the technical service provider's secure servers.

The secure servers encode all personal data entered before it is sent to the company.

The password which allows the Advertiser or the User to connect to his account, and to use certain services, has the function of protecting his personal data. The Advertiser or the User is required to keep this password confidential, and to never share or communicate his password to anyone.

The Advertiser or the User is responsible for all use of the website, and associated services, by any person using his account identifier and password. The Advertiser or User must immediately contact the company if he believes that his account ID and password have been stolen.
As a precaution, the Advertiser and the User are advised to close their account at the end of each session.

NB: With regard to the messages exchanged between Users and Advertisers, they belong to private correspondence and are confidential, the company acting exclusively as a mail host. Exchanged messages are not subject to control by the company.

In accordance with current legislation, the Advertiser or the User has the right to access, rectify, delete, as well as oppose the processing of his personal data.

He can exercise his rights via:

• the weshare.mu site with his/her email address and his/her password (created when he/she registered)
• an email: info@weshare.mu for us to respond favourably to his request. In accordance with current regulations, the Advertiser or the User must attach to his/her request a copy of any official identity document bearing his/her name, first name, and date and place of birth, allowing proof of identity. It is recalled that the Advertiser or the User is required to update his/her identification information if his/her situation changes.

2.5 Other links

The Site may contain sponsored links redirecting towards other partners' sites. By following a link to one of these sites, the Advertiser or the User is informed that these sites have their own privacy policies. The company declines all responsibility regarding them.
